Which destinations can I explore with Awayzing Travel?We offer trips to various destinations, including Egypt, Morocco, Kenya, Tanzania (with Zanzibar), Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, South Africa and Jordan. We also offer selected European locations like the Baltic States and Germany. Our destinations are handpicked. We know our destinations from our own travels and can therefore offer you many great and unique experiences (off the beaten track).

Does Awayzing Travel offer group tours or only individual travel?Our passion is and we have specialized in trips for individual travelers. We also occasionally offer special themed trips for small groups. You can always find these under the category “Specials”.

Is travel insurance included in the packages?Travel insurance is not included by default but is highly recommended. We can provide information on suitable travel insurance options upon request.

What is included in the travel packages?Our packages typically include accommodations, guided tours, and selected meals. Depending on the destination, we also offer a driver with a car, rental car or travel by public transport. We are more than happy to book the fitting flight tickets for your trip, too. Please note that specific inclusions always vary per package. Every trip and inclusions are planned to suit your wishes. What accommodations does Awayzing Travel offer?In order to really immerse ourselves in a country, we prefer to book small, typical accommodations. As far as possible, this will always be our first choice. However, in some places it is also an advantage to stay in a larger (chain) hotel. Then we are be happy to plan this too. Good service on site, friendliness and of course cleanliness are always important to us. Our accommodations are always right in the middle of the action. We adapt the standard of the planned accommodation to your budget. The most expensive accommodations are not always the best. :)

How do I make a reservation or book a trip?To book a trip, please contact us directly via phone or email. We will discuss your preferences and tailor the itinerary to your needs. The general process: 1. You contact us. 2. You will receive your first, detailed offer by email. 3. You give us feedback on how you like the offer and we will adjust it accordingly. Until the offer exactly meets your expectations. 4. You book the offer bindingly by filling out the booking form. 5. We confirm all booked services. 6. You pay for your trip and receive your extensive and individually tailored travel documents The anticipation of your trip begins... 😍

Does Awayzing Travel work with hotel allotments?No, as an individual tour operator we have consciously decided not to purchase any allotments. We plan each trip individually and have a large pool of possible accommodations at each location. We select these according to the budget and ideas of our customers. This also means that we offer the accommodation subject to availability. When booking we check the current availability. If an accommodation is already fully booked, we will find a good alternative. This always happens in consultation with you as the customer. You always have the right to veto if you don't like the accommodation we suggest. 😎
